GEORGE WASHINGTON HOUSE
George Washington House in Barbados is a historic house where the future first U.S. President George Washington visited, in 1751. In 2011, the property was designated as a UNESCO protected property within the World Heritage Site of Historic Bridgetown and its Garrison area.
Barbados apparently is the only country outside the present United States that George Washington ever visited
WILDEY
GREAT HOUSE
Wildey House in Barbados, built circa 1760 is a classic Caribbean Georgian style house and sits on about five acres of woods and gardens. Wildey House is the headquarters of the Barbados National Trust which was established in Barbados in 1961 as a not-for-profit charity for the preservation of places of historic and architectural interest and natural beauty.

MUSEUM
The Barbados Museum & Historical Society is a private organization but membership is open to both members and non-members who are interested in the numerous collections. Established in 1933 in the old Military Prison at the historic Garrison, the museum has about 500,000 artifacts that depicts the islands rich history and natural history.
